We are thrilled to send our ethical, plant-based treats right to your door! Whether you're a neighbour in Pretoria or further afield in South Africa, we have two different ways to get our products to you, ensuring maximum freshness and safety.
1. Local Pretoria Delivery (Fresh Bakes & Perishables via Our Local Shop)
This dedicated service is for our most precious, fresh, fragile, and perishable goods (like cakes, cupcakes, tarts, and fresh breads) that need extra special, temperature-controlled transit to arrive perfectly. This is handled through our local online shop/ordering system.
How it Works:
Order Notice: To guarantee the freshest quality, we usually require 24 to 48 hours notice for local orders. The earliest available delivery slots will be displayed when you order.
Delivery Zones & Eligibility: We currently deliver to specific areas within Pretoria (including Montana). Your eligibility will be confirmed automatically when you enter your address at checkout in our Local Online Shop.
Arrangement & Confirmation: For fresh bakes, delivery is based on our schedule. When ordering through our Local Online Shop, you will select your preferred delivery day and time slot. This ensures we can meet your required timeframe with freshly baked, quality goods!
Delivery Fees (Automated): We believe in transparency! Your delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout when you enter your full Pretoria delivery address. This fee is based on your distance from our kitchen and helps us cover the cost of bringing your bakes safely to you. The fee will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment.
Delivery Window: We will provide you with an estimated delivery window (e.g., 2 hours) once your order is ready for dispatch.
Proof of Delivery (PoD): For the security of your order, we require a signature or a visual confirmation (photo) upon successful delivery.
Failed Delivery: If no one is available to accept the delivery during the confirmed window, we will attempt to contact you. We may need to charge an additional fee to reschedule delivery, or the order may need to be collected from our Montana kitchen. Given the perishable nature of the bakes, we cannot wait indefinitely.
Risk: The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon successful hand-off at your specified Pretoria delivery address.
2. National Courier Delivery (Whispering Vegan E-Shop)
Our Whispering Vegan E-Shop is dedicated to offering national delivery across South Africa for our stable, non-perishable products that travel beautifully and retain their freshness.
Products Available for National Courier:
This option is exclusively for non-perishable goods (e.g., rusks, crackers, certain dry mixes, and durable treats).
Exclusions: Due to their fragility and short shelf life, we cannot send fresh cakes, cupcakes, fresh bread, or tarts via national courier. Please use the Local Pretoria Delivery option for those items!
Process & Logistics:
Address Requirement: National courier delivery requires a valid physical address. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed via the E-Shop, we typically require 1 to 3 business days to prepare and package your items with the utmost care.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and volume of your order, as well as your delivery address.
Courier Service: We partner with reputable third-party couriers for national delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days (depending on your location—main city centers are typically faster than remote areas). This is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Tracking: Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.
Damage and Liability (Important):
We package everything securely, but the risk of loss or damage passes to you the moment the courier collects the package from our premises.
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the third-party courier service. If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs immediately and contact the courier directly to file a claim, and inform us so we can offer any possible assistance.

You are always welcome to collect your pre-ordered items directly from our Montana, Pretoria kitchen during our operating hours:
Monday – Friday: 09H00 – 17H00
Saturday: 09H00 – 13H00
